606 -Pale Ale: Featuring a blend of Cascade, Amarillo and Willamette hops on top of a solid malt base. The finish is balanced with rich aromatic hop profile.
Black Cat lager: Our Schwarzbier, black lager. The dehusked Carafa malt gives a wonderfully smooth and delicate coffee/chocolate note.
Czech Mate Pilsner: Our Pilsner is made with European Pilsner malt, Czech hops, and water as soft as that of Pilsner itself.
Bête Noire: A classic dark ale made with roasted barley and chocolate malt for a complex toasted malt profile that is smoothed by an addition of oats.
London Porter: This is a dark ale based on a recipe from 1850 which lets chocolate malt take the lead. Our Porter is smoother than a stout but still holding a deep roast profile.
