From 1996 to 2007 Paddock Wood was Canada’s leading mail order supplier of brewing ingredients.  Unfortunately, market demand simply was not there and we were forced to close the shopping basket and integrated delivery service.  We are continuing to help those who brew beer at home by sharing our expertise on brewing issues and with our Ready Brew kits.  We also stock Star San in 8oz or 32 oz bottles, and PBW in 1lb bags.
