Starting with the ultra-soft water of Pilsen we brew with lager malts, Czech and European lager hops, and a yeast from a Prague brewery. The soft water lets us bump up the hop bitterness without making it harsh. ABV 5.2%; IBU 40; SRM 5.5

- Red Hammer
We took out Vienna Red and bumped it up to 6.0% especially for Oktoberfest, although it is so popular we will run it all year. ABV 6%; IBU 28; SRM 9.

- Black Cat lager
Our Schwarzbier, black lager. The dehusked Carafa malt gives a wonderfully smooth and delicate coffee/chocolate note.

based on a recipe form 1850 this beer features a dry chocolate/coffee finish. There is no chocolate or coffee in this beer, just lots of chocolate malt. ABV 5.4; IBU 35; SRM 30
